Actor Manoj Kumar filed a case against shah Rukh khan at andheri court
on tuesday.The actor's verification statement has been recorded and next
date of hearing is april 6 . It maybe recalled here that Manoj Kumar
had objected to defamatory scenes mocking him in Shah Rukh Khan's film
Om Shanti Om in 2007.
The actor had apologised and promised to delete the scene but the film released in japan without deleting scenes to which Manoj Kumar has objected.
